Building your itinerary
Our clients have all different requests and in most cases, we have to design custom-made itineraries. We understand that you may ask for changes (Restaurants, itinerary, dates of arrival etc) after our proposal, and we are happy to help you design your perfect trip! However, we may ask for a deposit after a few changes, as we can’t proceed to too many changes and keep on working on your trip without having a guarantee that you will book your trip with us. At this point clients will decide to commit themselves to book with us or refuse it. If you wish to make a change once the itinerary is set and you have paid us a deposit, the only fee that will be charged is the penalty that might apply our providers in some cases. We will not charge you any fee for our company.
Last minute reservation
In case of a last minute reservation further to the study of your request. We will do the maximum to design and manage your private tour. However, some options require pre-booking (cultural guide, cable cars) and in the high season, it is sometimes difficult to arrange a customized private tour in last minute.
We build our prices adding a reasonable amount on top of all our net and total costs. If you decide to book with us, the total overall cost for similar services you would arrange by yourself (i.e. compare private services with private services!) should be similar. We ensure quality; do our best to deliver this unique and very special services and details that make the difference between a good and an exceptional service.
We try to provide itineraries that suit your request, with many details and all what is/is not included in our rate. With all these “ingredients”, people then have the choice and decide what is better for them: organizing their trip by themselves or rely in our expertise.
For any cancellation received in our offices 15 days or more prior to your arrival, there is a full refund, minus deposits to our partners that are not refundable, and a fee of 15% of the entire cost of the trip. If the cancellation is received in our office between 15 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, there is a 50% refund, minus deposits. There will be no refund for cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to the trip. For groups, other payment and cancellation policies may apply, please consult us.
In case we have to cancel a tour for any reason beyond our control, we assume no responsibility for any expenses incurred for air tickets, equipment, travel insurances, etc. In case of such a cancellation, customers will have to notify as soon as possible and their deposit will be fully reimbursed.
For a reservation, a deposit of 50 % of the total trip cost is required to guarantee your reservation upon acceptance of our proposal.
Form of payement accepted
Cash: Francs Swiss, Euro, USD.
Bank wire transfers (for a minimum of CHF 400) in our account transfer fees are at client’s charge).
PayPal System: Visa, American express Accepted, a 4 % charge fee applies.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American express is accepted by Sumup System, a 3% charge fee applies.
Traveller’s Checks and checks are not accepted.
Please tell us what their desired method to pay is; we will provide the instructions on how to do send a deposit.
Note: With a deposit or full payment to our company, the client agrees with the above listed terms and conditions.

Assume no responsibility for loss, injury during the trip, delay, extra expense. weather, customs regulations, domestic and international flights delays, loss or damage of baggage or delay in receiving it and cost to send them to customer, strikes, wars or anything beyond our control, loss of life. The customer and companies, train etc), we do not assume any responsibility in case of failure. We reserve the right to change or cancel itinerary and choice of providers due to any emergency situations and do not assume the possible costs of such changes. We highly recommend you to take a cancellation and travel insurance from your country.

Cars of our company are equipped with professional tachograph equipment compulsory by Swiss authorities, allowing the marketing of transport, as well as insurance were adapted to professional transportation.
Driver’s companies are experienced licensed professional chauffeurs. They speak English ( French,German, Italian) are highly educated gentlemen/lady, converse well and have a great knowledge of Switzerland . According to the Suisse low, the drivers are not allowed to accompany as a cultural guide and walking clients on specific sites. They will give you enough time to visit each site. In addition, they can come out of the car, follow you at the landmarks, and help you with your pictures, restaurants, shopping.
We very highly recommend you to take travel insurance should cover the following (For this you have to subscribe to insurance in your country, before you travel): Luggage loss and delay, delivering your delayed luggage to your hotel: pay for an extra hotel night (Policies of No Show by the hotels, ground transportation etc). Medical expenses and evacuation in case of accident and sickness, etc. according to the location where you may be during your vacation and difficult and then expensive. Trip cancellation or interruption because of a problem you or one of your familiars may have before or during your trip. The cancellation of tour due to the airline or travel agency in your country. In no case Emmanuel PIERACCINI, chauffeur & Concierge can assume the cost of the above mentioned.
